Ruus Dijksterhuis, Director

Ruus has been working for Spolu since 1999 and has been the Director of Spolu since 2006. She is closely involved in the ERGO network and involved in lobby for Roma in Europe.

Jozef Pang, Controller

Jozef is responsible for the financial planning and control of Spolu. He is a freelancer for Spolu since 2002.

Angela de Kruijf, Office Manager

Angela joined Spolu in 2008. She is the backbone of the organisation concerning organisational, logistical and administrative matters.

Valeriu Nicolae, Advisor

Valeriu is a freelance Advisor for Spolu and ERGO, based in Bucharest, where he is the Director of the Policy Centre.

Jeroen Kuiper, Programme Officer

Jeroen joined the team in 2009 and coordinates the programmes in Romania and Moldova as well as the Roma Youth Programme, including the ERGO campaigning activities.

Sanne van de Heuvel, Programme Officer

Sanne is a freelancer for Spolu who currently lives in Macedonia. She coordinates our programmes in Macedonia, Bosina, Serbia and Albania.
